Does the zipper touch the laptop?

No, we prevent the sliders and the plastic zipper teeth from coming into contact with the laptop by extending the sleeve material all the way to the zipper teeth.
As you close the zipper the two parts of the material come into contact with each other sealing the zipper from the laptop.
When the sleeve is fully opened the sliders go behind a solid piece of material at the rear of the sleeve which prevent them coming into contact with the laptop as well.

Does the sleeve block the rear vents when the laptop is in use?

No, when the laptop is in use the sleeve is fully opened and it lays practically flat.
Therefore is no way the sleeve could block any vents.

Are the items washable?

Yes, sleeve, pouch and key cover-mouse mat are washable. Use cold water and a gentle washing machine program. Please remember do not spin, just drip-dry.

Who is paying the shipping when an item is returned?

We will pay the postage when the return is due to defects on the item or wrong size (Custom Made packs as well), for other reasons the buyer will do the payment.

What warranty does the sleeve carry?

The Aussiebag warranty covers your laptop protection pack from defects in material and workmanship from the lifetime of the product. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, alteration or the natural wear that occurs during normal use.
We will inspect the product and if we find it to be defective we will replace it free of charge.
